Swim Spirits provides the highest quality swimming lessons to home educated children in Southampton.

We pride our swim school on each child's confidence, individual achievements and successes in the water.
Our swimmers learn to be safe in and around water.
We firstly build water confidence and the fundamentals of swimming:
floating, rotation, propulsive movement and breath control. These are essential to learning to swim.
We then develop skills that lead to good stroke technique, in all four strokes as well as continuing to learn safety awareness and advance skills.
We teach and achieve beautiful swimming with ease. We are dedicated to helping each child achieve happily and in their own time.
Classes are suitable for new starters and those in current swim schools stages - Swim England stages 1-4 or ILSP Stanley and Octopus awards.
